LOCATION OF CAMPFEST 2008

Campfest 2008 will take place at the Ranch - Kráľova Lehota. The Ranch - Kráľova Lehota is located in settlement of Svarin, 4 km from village Kráľova Lehota.

Even after CampFest 2007 there is still lot of work at the Ranch - Kráľova Lehota, so we need help of willing hands. We want to prepare the area for Campfest 2008, and many more activities during the year as best as possible. Individuals, and groups of willing, you can register at ranc@mpks.sk

TRANSPORT

If you want to get to Campfest 2008 (Ranch - Kráľova Lehota), you need a connection to village Kráľova Lehota (Preglejkaren). You get there by bus or train, doesn’t matter whether you’re from East, West, North or South of Slovakia. It is easiest for those, who travel from Liptov, because Ranch - Kráľova Lehota is located in district of Liptovský Mikuláš. For concrete connection look at www.cp.sk

The Ranch is from Kráľova Lehota in walking distance. But it is still about 4 km, and with a better body shape you may be there on foot within an hour. So we’re recommending you to wait on the train station for our regular transport, which is during the Campfest provided.

INFORMATION FOR DRIVERS

From Bratislava to the Ranch „Campfest“:

1. 1st choice: highway D1, direction to Žilina – then direction to Lipt. Mikuláš – from the highway you have to turn for Lipt. Hrádok, then go according to direction to Čertovica (Podbrezová), and look for signs „Ranč Kraľova Lehota“ and „CampFest“
2. 2nd choice: when taking highway D1, turn on R1 direction to Nitra, Banska Bystrica – then direction to Brezno – in town Podbrezova turn for Čertovica, Poprad – when pass the ghat look for signs „Ranč Kraľova Lehota“ and „CampFest“

From Košice and Prešov to the Ranch „Campfest“:

Direction to Poprad – take highway for Lipt. Mikuláš – from the highway turn for Hybe, direction to Čertovica (ghat), look for signs „Ranč Kraľova Lehota“ and „CampFest“

IDENTIFICATION

Every festival attendant will get an identification bracelet on his wrist, which enables him to enter the complex and particular program tents. This is to be worn all the time. The complex can be left whenever, but every time coming back you must be indentified by the bracelet.

In no case put it off, it is not able of reattachment.

RESTRICTIONS

It is strictly forbidden to bring in any glass bins including bottles, flammable liquids, weapons of any kind, psychotropic stuff, objects jeopardizing security, pyrotechnic objects and open fire.

Alcohol use is forbidden in the whole area.

Camcorders and cameras are allowed to use only for private use.

For reason of nature preservation it is allowed to park cars only in designated places.

It is strictly forbidden to walk down the designated forest road.

RULES

We strongly recommend to all the attendants of CF that boys and girls should not sleep in common tent, so that they wouldn’t come into temptations, because we are convinced of premarital sex to be sin.

CONSIDERATION

You got to be kind to your neighbors in the surrounding tents.

Even though the program is until late night, we need at least to take a little nap, so take into consideration that by being too loud you might drive someone around you wild.

Maybe you consider that toilets are too far, but don’t consider them all around.
